2. What we collect

Data you give us

  • Contact and identity data — name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, provided when you order, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Project data — briefs, brand assets, footage, copy and other materials you supply so we can deliver your order.
  • Account access data — where a service requires it, access to your advertising accounts granted via the platform's official sharing tools. We never ask for or store your passwords.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referral source, collected through server logs and any analytics tools active on the Website.
  • Cookies — see section 7 below.

Payment data

Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches our systems and we never store it. We receive only confirmation of payment, the payment amount, and limited billing details needed for invoicing. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

3. Why we use your data

  • To deliver your order — performing our contract with you: processing payment, requesting your brief, producing and delivering the work, providing support (legal basis: performance of a contract).
  • Invoicing, accounting and tax — keeping transaction records we are required to keep (legal basis: legal obligation).
  • Responding to enquiries — answering messages you send us before or after a purchase (legal basis: legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
  • Service communications — order confirmations, delivery notices, revision correspondence (legal basis: performance of a contract).
  • Marketing — we only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and every such email contains an unsubscribe link (legal basis: consent).
  • Security and fraud prevention — protecting the Website and our payment flows (legal basis: legitimate interests).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the Website and store project files securely;
  • Email and communication providers — to correspond with you (including WhatsApp, operated by Meta, if you choose to contact us there);
  • Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, lawyers, or public authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

We are a US company and our clients are primarily in the UK and Europe, so your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States and potentially other jurisdictions. Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to your data, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, providers certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Stripe among them).

6. How long we keep data

  • Transaction and invoicing records — kept for as long as applicable tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years);
  • Project files and briefs — kept for up to 12 months after delivery so we can handle revisions and re-orders, then deleted unless you ask us to keep or delete them sooner;
  • Enquiry correspondence — kept for up to 24 months from last contact;
  • Account access — you can and should revoke platform access as soon as delivery is complete.

7. Cookies

The Website uses strictly necessary cookies required for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. Where the law of your location requires consent for non-essential cookies, they are only set after you consent through the cookie notice. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws), you may have rights to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate data;
  • Have your data deleted;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Receive your data in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • Complain to your local data protection authority (for the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk).

To exercise any of these rights, email soulaimane@dahbi.online. We respond to all legitimate requests within one month.

9. Security

We protect personal data using encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Website, access controls on our systems, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Stripe. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take commercially reasonable measures appropriate to the data we handle.

10. Children

Our Website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be flagged on the Website.
